CNYO’s annual ROGAINE is usually in July. 2025 date and location to be announced. The 2024 event was held Saturday & Sunday, July 6-7, at Hammond Hill State Forest, with options for 6, 12, or 24 hours. Full details are on our ROGAINE 2024 page.

CNYO offers a short course suitable for families and beginners as part of the annual Sportsmen’s Days event at Carpenter’s Brook Fish Hatchery in Eldridge. Experienced orienteers may also enjoy this as a sprint course. Saturday and Sunday, Sept 27 & 28, 2025, 11am-3pm.  

For the 32nd year, CNYO offers Scouts and other youth groups a chance to practice the skill of navigating in the woods with map and compass. On Saturday (or other days by arrangement), take a guided hike led by a club member who will point out how-to’s as you walk. Then try a practice course…
